On 19 and 20 November 2024, leading experts, partners and innovators in the solar industry gathered in the breathtaking setting of Lake Como to attend the Huawei FusionSolar Partner Summit Europe 2024. The event not only offered exciting insights into the future of renewable energy, but also served as a platform for the exchange of ground-breaking ideas. As a highlight, Wattkraft organised the exclusive Wattkraft Night on the last evening to round off these inspiring two days in style.
Huawei FusionSolar Partner Summit Europe 2024: Two days full of innovation
The agenda, carefully curated to cover both strategic and practical aspects of the industry, offered a mix of visionary keynotes, panel discussions and practice-orientated case studies. Particularly impressive was the presentation by our Head of Sales Wolfgang Wiegand on the topic of ‘Residential Case Sharing’. He shared inspiring success stories and showed how sustainable energy solutions empower private households and the role of partnerships in the realisation of such projects is indispensable.
Another highlight was the presentation of the ‘2025 Channel Policy’ by Marco Eberlein, Director of European Digital Power Channel Business at Huawei. This highlighted new strategies and ways in which resilient partnerships can shape the future of solar energy.
However, the Summit was not only a platform for knowledge exchange, but also a moment of recognition. Wattkraft was recognised in five categories – a testament to the strength of our partnerships and our ongoing commitment to excellence:

The Wattkraft Night: an unforgettable finale
After two days of intensive discussions and inspiring presentations, Wattkraft hosted the Wattkraft Night on the evening of 20 November. The exclusive event took place in the picturesque Villa Antica, located directly on the shores of Lake Como. With its elegant architecture and views of the lake, the villa provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating successes and strengthening partnerships.
The evening began with an exquisite buffet that not only tantalised the taste buds, but also provided space for informal discussions and networking. The musical accompaniment by a talented violinist added a very special touch to the atmosphere before a dynamic DJ set lured the guests onto the dance floor.
But Wattkraft Night was more than just a celebration – it was an expression of our values: Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence. We took the opportunity to thank our partners and toast to a successful future together.
